Applicant must write a letter to the
Foundation explaining why and how they
accept the challenge to make something
good happen in the world.
•
The Foundation will review all applications in
a blind review process where all names have
been removed to eliminate bias.
•
No grants may be awarded to an officer,
manager or trustee of the organization, nor
to a member of the selection committee, nor
to a substantial contributor. Family
members of these individuals are also not
eligible to receive grants. Past year’s winners
are welcome to apply.
•
Applicant must be a member in good
standing or the immediate family member
of an equestrian association.
•
Applicant must be attending or planning to
attend an accredited trade school or
institution of higher learning.
•
Applicant must provide academic record to
date.
•
Applicant must complete questionnaire
concerning, academic awards, leadership
roles, community involvement, degree
program and name of educational
institution they are planning on attending.
